– 1 – Duration of stay.

Customer reserving accommodation with the owner, for a fixed period, will not be able under any circumstances to claim any right to keep in the premises.

– 2 – Reservations.

The client is advised to check the elements of this reservation:

– Contact details; e-mail address and telephone number to be reached.
– The reserved room – number of persons – date of arrival – date of departure – number of nights.
the total price of the reservation, the amount indicated being TTC, breakfast and tourist tax included. (the tourist tax is 0.83 cents per night per adult)

The reservation becomes effective as soon as the guest has paid the owner a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay, 100% in the case of a reservation less than 8 days before arrival. This payment must be effective up to 48 hours after the customer’s booking request via the payment methods we offer.

By the payment of the deposit, the customer confirms his full agreement with the general conditions specified below.

Without the payment of the deposit within the deadline, the reservation is not confirmed. Consequently, at the end of the 48-hour period, the owner reserves the right to rent the room(s).

A room reservation is established for a specific number of people, including children and babies. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional customers. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a greater number of customers than those refused, no refund can be considered and the balance remains due. If the capacity of the house allows it and if the owner wishes, a supplement can be applied according to the usual conditions.

– 3 – Description of the accommodation offer.

The posted rates are the prices per room and per night, on a basis of 2 people, breakfast and tourist tax are included.

The rates do not include any additional service.

The offer of stay is composed daily of: an accommodation in single room equipped with toilet and a private bathroom as well as a breakfast for one or two people.

The offer of stay consists of inseparable products. Your free choice not to consume during your stay one of them can in no case prevail to any discount of the price of the stay offer. Our rates and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be renewed for future bookings.

– 4 – Modification/Cancellation of the stay by the client.

Any modification of the reservation, date, room, is possible only after the agreement of the owner and may entail additional costs, and, will be made according to availability on the date of the request for modification.

The client is informed of the special conditions in case of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay:

-The owner keep the deposit.
-If the cancellation occurs less than 8 days before the arrival date, the entire amount of the reservation will be due to the owner.
-In case of early departure during the stay the entire reserved service will be due.

– 5 – No presentation.

In case of no show on the day of booking before 23:00, the total amount of the booking will be due.

– 6 – Cancellation insurance.

The owner draws the customer’s attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in his rates. It is therefore strongly recommended to subscribe to one.

– 7 – Cancellation of the stay by the owner.

If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner is obliged to cancel the reservation, he will immediately inform the client by any means at his disposal.

The customer will then be immediately and fully refunded of all amounts paid.

– 8 – Time of arrival.

The customer must present himself on the day specified in his reservation, at the earliest at 17:00, and, at the latest, at 19:00.

It is possible to make entries outside these time slots, however, we ask the customer to notify us.

If possible, please avoid arrivals after 22:00.

– 9 – Breakfast.

Breakfast time is set:
Between 8:00 and 10:00, Monday to Sunday.

– 10 – Departure time.

Check-out time is set:
No later than 11:00.

– 11 – Settlement of the balance of accommodation.

The balance of the stay is to be paid if possible on arrival, at the initiative of the client.

An invoice is given to the client upon departure with the details of the service, the amount of the accommodation, the amount of any additional services, the amount of the tourist tax.

– 12 – Change of rooms.

It is possible that the owner, for service or security reasons, will have to modify the room originally booked by the client. In this case the change will always be for a room offering the same level of service.

– 13 – Pets.

Pets are not allowed.

– 14 – Use of premises.

For the comfort of each one, the respect of a certain «know how to live» is asked of all, this is necessary when one lives in community.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and in common areas.

It is forbidden to eat in the rooms, the breakfast area is available for this purpose.

On the floor of the rooms, we ask guests to take off their shoes. Slippers are available on the ground floor.

For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to use in the premises any type of open flames (candles, lighters, etc.)

*Kitchen area:
The kitchen being the kitchen of the owners, guests are not allowed to use it. However, exceptions will be possible in case of special requests (baby pots, sandwich making, etc.)

The client undertakes to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare systematically – and financially – any degradation for which he would be responsible.

The rooms have been decorated and furnished with care by the owner, it is requested to respect the objects made available. Any missing undeclared items will be invoiced to the customer at their replacement value.

The attention of clients is drawn to the fact that minors on the property are placed under the sole and full responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.

– 15 – Amendment(s) of the general conditions of sale.

These general conditions of sale are modifiable at any time and without notice. The acceptance and observance of these conditions of sale are deemed to be acquired as soon as the deposit paid.

– 16 – Information technology and freedom.

The owner undertakes not to transmit in any case the information that the customer has communicated to him to other companies or organizations for advertising purposes. (*More information about the host in « Legal Notices »)

– 17 – Booking on other platforms.

In case of booking on other platforms (booking, airbnb, etc.), their terms and conditions apply, and the support/service must be processed via these platforms.
